Cattier

The Cattier champagne house is still an independent family enterprise, the vineyards having been owned by the Cattier family since 1763. Cattier is also the creator and producer and of internationally renowned luxury brand Armand de Brignac, whose first bottles were sold in 2006.

Dosage: 10 grams of sugar per liter

Tasting Note: An amber golden color. Floral and apple aromas with a hint of citrus fruit. Fresh and vinous on the palate with dried fruit and brioche flavors.
